What do I need to apply?
You'll submit our free application or the Common App, plus your high school transcript. Unofficial transcripts are accepted as long as they include all your grades, your name, and your school's name.
Is there an application fee?
No. STU has no application fee — apply free through our own application or the Common App.
What financial aid is available?
Aid comes from scholarships, grants, and federal loans. Complete the FAFSA (STU school code 001468) — the priority deadline is February 1 for the best consideration for limited federal, state, and institutional funds.
Can I transfer credits?
Yes. STU accepts up to 90 credits from a four-year university and up to 60 from a community college, and an Associate in Arts degree receives an automatic 60 transfer credits. Transfer students pay no application fees and may qualify for scholarships up to $12,000 per year.
How do I visit campus?
STU offers personalized campus visits with an admissions counselor. Schedule and attend an in-person tour and you may be eligible for a $4,000 Campus Visit Award, renewable for up to four years for full-time traditional undergraduates.
